The Jemez Historic Site is a short drive from Albuquerque and Bernalillo and feature the ruins of an ancient pueblo and a 17th-century Spanish mission. It is believed to be haunted by several ghosts, including priests, Native Americans and Spanish settlers. Some paranormal reports at the Jemez State Monument include ghost lights that have been seen late at night and the sound of disembodied footsteps.
