Originally known as the New Mexico–Arizona Wool Warehouse, this historic building dates back to the late 1920s. It was added to the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties in 1980 and the National Register of Historic Places in 1981. The ghost that is believed to linger in spirit is that of a man in a black suit that likes to hangout in the backstage area and at a certain table.
