After visiting Amarillo Scaregrounds I must say that it is by far the best haunted attraction in the town. I went on Saturday night with a group of friends and there is no exaggeration in saying that we had a blast. All the actors we came across are super friendly and played their part well in maintaining the scare factor high. Makeup of these actors suited them very well. Sound system is scary too. A must do!!

  • Awesome Fun and Scares

I loved Amarillo Scaregrounds so much that I have already done this twice and eagerly waiting for their next season. This place is just awesome to go and spend time with your family and enjoy it as a treat. We did all the attractions but personally enjoyed the Terror and the Insanitarium the most. The special effects made these rooms more convincing and scary. The actors were great and the staff very friendly. The makeup and the props were super. We have had a good amount of scare and laughter here. Thank you guys for the lovely package totally.

  • Email Verified Terror Treat

Awesome place to take your family and friend for a Halloween night. We as a group of four friends visited this place and had a great time. The queue wasn’t long as we’ve reached before their opening time. We got the Pepsi Pass of $35 that includes all five attractions. All attractions were scary but we loved the Terror and Insanitarium as both of them had enough actors and good amount of special effects. All the actors were great in playing their roles and we all got spooked. We screamed, yelled and laughed for a while also. Staffs were very helpful. Loved it!! Highly recommended!!

  • Email Verified Scary Amarillo

Really cool experience. We went to the Amarillo Scaregrounds and had a blast of fun. The actors were very good in their costumes and the staff was super friendly. The girls in the basement were freaky ghosts who scared me to death. The props were good and so was the acting. We also had fun in the Blackout Maze and the Zombie Lazar tag was fun!!! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

  • Email Verified Extremely Creative

Excellent haunt! Extremely creative. The entire setup of Amarillo Scaregrounds is very innovative and I loved the way team has taken care in detailing of certain things. They have a bunch of attraction from the Zombie Infested Hospital to a Blackout Maze. I liked the Terror and the Basement – both horrifying and intense scary. Actors are very co-operative and entertaining. They come so close to us to scare but they dot touch you. Must go.

  • Email Verified A Unique Experience

Awesome yet very scary! Yes the Amarillo Scaregrounds is a mixture of scares, fun, screams, laughter, horror and enjoyment. A complete package! The actors here are so real ghosts and their costumes were so real. Must say that the girls in the Basement were so scary and I thought they were real ghosts. Blackout Maze was also a major fun and very scary indeed. Insanitarium was also very scary and freaking. I could miss a heart beat out of fear. But overall a fun experience and I am sure I will be going back to get scared again and scream out.

  • Awesome Terror

Scary and thrilling all at once I visited Amarillo Scaregrounds with my 15 year old son and it has been the most awesome experience for both of us. The haunt has numerous attractions named Terror, Insanitarium, and Basement. We have never ever screamed so much in our entire life and then ended up laughing at our own selves. The Blackout Maze and the new coffin ride were equally haunted and was a total surprise package for all. The staff and the actors are friendly and simply awesome. I will surely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

  • Highly Entertaining

A place to experience a new era of haunted attraction. The queue was very long, but worth the wait as it encompasses five scary attractions. We did only two, as Zombie Apocalypse and blackout. Loved the concept of both these attractions. Amazing role played by the characters and they never ran out of energy to scared us. The ambience of blackout was scintillating and total darkness along the trail was something unique for us to experience in the recent time. The shooting exercise was amazing and we really enjoyed triggering headshots and it was really entertaining to be here. Just go for it!!

  • Adequate Scares

Great haunt and highly skilled actors. All five attractions are unique and have adequate scares. The quality of scares is amazingly deadly and application of special effects like fog lights and background sound play was incredible. Actors did a nice job in scaring me but the place lags in proper management of queue. There is no VIP pass in ticketing and it became very unbearable to wait for at-least two hours in the line. Rest all was good and I really liked the concept and progression of theme story.

  • Email Verified Awesome Blackout Maze

The visit to the Amarillo Scaregrounds was super fun; I went with my family and we definitely had a blast. This place is real haunted. They have a total of 3 haunt rooms and each one is worth a try. The Blackout Maze was set well done with full of mirrors. Equally fun was the Zombie Lazar Tag but overall the Basement Room was my personal favorite. We also screamed a lot and ended up shouting in the Insane Haunt where the girl was a real ghostly figure.
