This was my very first ghost tour but it has exceeded my expectations.

Our guides (Erica and Adam - I hope I got their names right) were absolutely pleasant, knowledgeable, approachable and must of all, very entertaining! It was a rather cold winter night but we all pushed on, enjoying the walk while taking in the cold, crisp Old Town Albuquerque air. According to the guides, it was one of the weirdest nights they've ever experienced themselves. For starters, our group turned it to be completely made up of locals, no tourists. And almost every stop we made seemed to have a huge distraction or "interruption", from a truck lit up with Christmas lights that was blasting YMCA around the square, to one of the gadgets refusing to turn on even though it was brand new and fully charged, and then to the sweet little cat that our guides name Distracto. Erica took it all in her stride and never let it bother her one bit. She kept the stories well told and energetic, through the biting cold. Not only was the tour entertaining, it was highly informative as well. I learnt why Old Town Albuquerque was called just that, on top of other things. To find out what other things, I strongly recommend taking the tour.

Took my daughter (18) and toured with Charlie and Lin. Charlie is a great storyteller, drawing you in so you can imagine these events that took place so many years ago! Was left wanting more! Tour lasted about 2 hours which was perfect. It was dark but felt very safe. It's not a far walk, but would recommend very comfortable shoes as some of the bricks/pavement is uneven. They had water for very reasonable price for purchase, which I would encourage. Great experience, highly recommend! 5 stars from me!

6 of us did the old town ghost tour last night with Victor & Sherry. The history was fascinating and the ghost stories were interesting and fun! If you're looking for a fun evening, I highly recommend this tour company! Ask for Victor & Sherry, you won't be disappointed!

We attended a wonderful tour with Victor and Stephanie. He told stories like watching a one man play. He is friendly and knowledgeable and funny and has the best stories. All were captivated and intrigued with the lives of the people that had past on. It included a bit of history of old town and we now have new restaurants and places to visit in old town. We left feeling very good about the whole experience.

Fantastic tour, very informative and could get pretty spooky. Our tour guides did a wonderful job, dramatic at times, scary at others, and funny too. A couple of folks in our group even had an experience that seemed pretty paranormal to us.

WOW! WOW! SUPER WOW! Our lil’ family just finished our first GHOST tour with the awesome ABQTours!! It was AMAZING! We were completely ensorcelled as our guide Charlie perfectly delivered tales of Old Town’s spooooooky past! No spoilers here but our guide’s ability to weave so wonderful a tour integrating the mournful details of specific mysteries and tragedies with the fascinating descriptions of long since gone old-tyme ABQ life was marvelous. And further enhanced as we heard these rich words while we strolled and gazed around at the actual historical buildings of Old Town, once home to these tragic events. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Already booked our next private, classic tour (fewer ghosts but more tales of wild wild old Albuquerque!!!!) Thank you Charlie & the whole ABQTours team!!!

We had Charlie (and Lynn) as our tour guides and really enjoyed our experience. We participated in the Public 10pm tour. Charlie is an excellent historian and storyteller who is informative as well as entertaining. There is so much we learned about Albuquerque's past history and old town in particular. Since we live in ABQ we found this background very interesting and valuable.
We highly recommend this tour!

My friends and I had a private ghost tour of Old Town Albuquerque in May 2021. Our tour guide, Craig, was phenomenal. He could answer any question we had to throw at him and he would explain every story around the town sparing no detail. His signature top hat and skull staff added so much more character too. Overall, I can’t picture the tour being as much fun with any other guide. Not to say the others are bad, as I have not toured with them, but Craig went absolutely above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for him if possible, he rules!!

We did both tours. They were very safe, Covid cautious. Charlie did our Legends Tour and was very informative and personable. I’m sorry but I cannot remember the name of the guide for ghost tour but he wore a top hat. It was fun!!

Hands down the best ghost tour I’ve ever been on. Very informative and extremely interactive with guests!!!! His animated stories and ability to bring you back in time was fantastic. My daughter had a blast as well!!! Definitely ask for Craig if you enjoy some theatrical story telling. He won’t disappoint.

We had the best time on the Ghost Tour of Old Town - and everything was easy. We booked on line and received both emailed and text messaged directions and the weather. The Guides were entertaining, funny and professional. From our 8 year old Son to his 75 yer old Grandma, everyone loved it. We booked a Private Tour to be Covid Safe - and we felt totally safe and comfortable during the entire Tour. We visited several locations and it was a very easy walk. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

THE TOUR WAS SO FUN!! Due to Covid my best friend had a little to do for her birthday. So this activity was a great, safe way to maintain social distancing and to stay safe as well as get out and do something active! I’ve lived in Albuquerque my whole life and had no idea the history that is just within that plaza! Our tour guide was very descriptive and narrated the spooky aspect to a T! This is the third ghost tour I’ve done. It is my favorite so far! Alex and Craig were great guides. They shared many interesting and spooky stories. I took a bunch of pictures with my phone but only a few from the beginning of the tour and a few from the end came out! The rest were blank or not there when I went back to look at them. Yikes! So fun! — January 2, 2020.
Tips: Dress for the cold in the winter! You will be outside the whole time. Also, use the bathroom before you get to Old Town. There is nothing open during the week with an available rest room.

We had a wonderful tour with Gigi. I haven't really thought about the stories slumbering behind the old and renewed buildings of Old Town, this tour felt blood-curdling, because it is based on real (hi)story. The strolling cats gave it an extra haunted atmosphere.

We have been on Ghost Tours all over the Country and the Ghost Tour of Old Town Albuquerque is a CLASS ACT. From the ease of getting our tickets to how quickly they checked us in. It was a beautiful night, great stories, real goosebumps. But not too scary for the kids. highly recommend!

We made a tour of the Old Town with our guide Tammy who has been gifted with great knowledge of the Old Town History and is certainly a great story teller. We never saw a ghost, but the way Tammy told us stories about them, we felt we could see one any moment. There is a lot of rich and sordid history packed into Old Town Albuquerque. Anyone who is interested in the history of Old Town Albuquerque, well this is the place for you. We are sure to come back again next time with our kids and friends for more info here.

The ghost tour we did was beyond awesome! It was super fun with a guide like Charlie. The old town at night is beautiful! Our guide made us stop at each and every landmark, and each one of it had a unique story, and the dim lighting of the old buildings and the quiet streets with the beauty of the full moon created a mystical experience. I loved this place and I am thankful to Charlie for giving us all information.

One of the most exciting and unique kind of an experience is when you never get to see any ghost but you expect them any minute when you have a guide expert in telling stories about the Old Town. Our Guide Tammy, narrated us all the stories of the Old Town and that is when we get to know that the Old Town is a mystery never told before. It has a lot rich and sordid knowledge in Old Town Albuquerque. I and my husband really enjoyed spending our time here and we will surely refer this place to all of our friends.

Lots of ghostly fun! It was my second ghost tour and it was amazing. Charlie had an excellent way of storytelling that indulged us to get into the ghost world. We as a group had witnessed a lot of stuffs, some of them were damn scary and a few of them were scariest of all. But, it was fun and we really enjoyed the walkthrough understanding the history and basics of ghost hunting. Overall, a must try event for anyone who want to experience ghost hunting. Great work guys!!

Ghost Tour of the Old Town was beyond awesome and we get to learn a lot about the history of it. I would like to thank our guide Charlie, who was very informative about this place and entertained us a lot. He showed us the importance of each and every landmark and that is when we get to know that each of it had a unique story to say. Amazing place to get a knack of horror hearing ghost stories!! We did a private ghost tours and our guide was Julia. It was terrific and thrilling as we were on a trail to hunt the ghost and unexplained phenomenon. The guide was superb in explaining the history of ghosts in the city and it was really an amazing walkthrough in the night. Her inclusion of some of the sightings was phenomenal. Not so expensive admission fee and a new way to get a Halloween experience!

Top of the line ghost tour! We did the ghost tour yesterday with Charlie. Amazing place to experience the real interactive show and we enjoyed a lot. Lantern-lit adventure for 90 minutes was damn scaring and so many wow moments were there to experience a new side of the haunted houses. Charlie was amazing in explaining the history and basics of ghost hunting. We really lived the moment last night. Highly recommended!!

I and my wife did Ghost Tour of Old Town and it was very interesting. It was an amazing 90-minute, lantern-lit adventure. We had so much fun hearing the unheard ghost stories. We also learnt about ghosts from the territorial times to current day haunting. Unfortunately, we didn't see a real ghost but it was still fun. I will suggest this picnic spot to all my friends and family.

Wow! One of the amazing tours of the lovely Old Town with a guide like Charlie! It was beyond amazing. It was a lantern lit tour which was very informative and little bit scary too. But thank goodness that we never got to see any ghost in real. There were scary and informative stories and the time passed out real fast. I am really desperate to go back again.
